How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation Email. It will include your order number and product also include payment details
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes to your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer support team support@casesily.com as soon as possible with your order number and the required changes. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a mail with shipment details. It will include the shipment number-AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us at Email - support@casesily.com
if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within the specified return period with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product. Our support team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
