At Casesily, we are committed to providing a smooth, honest, and reliable shopping experience. We believe in complete transparency so you know exactly what to expect before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Handling Time (Order Processing)

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If there is any delay in processing, we will notify you via email or SMS.

(Handling time is the time before the package is handed over to the courier)


3. Transit Time (Delivery Duration)

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Major Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Transit times may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or high-volume seasons.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee of ₹50.
    This fee will always be clearly shown during checkout.

5. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Handling Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (3–10 days depending on location).


6. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS.
You can check the real-time status of your package anytime through the courier's tracking page.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Casesily is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available during delivery.

8. Courier Partners

We ship via leading courier services such as:
Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and other reliable partners.


9. Delays, Loss, or Damage

In rare cases where a shipment is delayed or lost by the courier:

  • We will coordinate with the courier for resolution.
  • If unresolved within a reasonable time frame, a replacement or refund will be provided as per our Return/Refund Policy.
