Return & Refund Policy
We accepts returns and exchanges only on defected products (like manufacturing defect) within 48 hours of delivery. We can’t offer you a exchange or return if 48 hours are passed.
NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.
In order to process a Return, Replacement or Exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If your item are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and we’ll send you a New Product.
(We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item)
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM - We need the video, so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft or damaged during transit.
Original Equipment Manufacturer: We manufacture it directly from the factory, since, the products serial number is not registered under Official website.
FITTING: Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We (casesily.com) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns occurred to the buyer.
Tempered Glass Screen Protector :
If you are not confident in your abilities to apply tempered glass screen protectors, please contact nearby professional service.
Our products are factory made molding, they are checked on real devices with precision. We don't sell raw products.
Curved display smartphones requires precision for tempered glass installation.
If you applied the glass dirtily or roughly, if the tempered glass screen protector doesn't stick due to wrong installation, we won't provide you replacement or refund.
If you get tempered glass screen protector thourgh promotion like free of cost so return of replacement will be aplicable.
Refund or replacement of tempered glass screen protectors will be applied for damaged on arrival only.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

FOR EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENT :- If you need to replace or exchange your item with another one. To complete an exchange, we will place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.
NOTE:- Prodect amount difference and Exchange charges like Rs.199/- would be applicable.and only pay at the time of replacement( When you receved new case)
RETURNS
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders (Except Fine Woven). To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the looks of a defect free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- An any damage caused by the user.
- Purchased from local store or other website.
