Return & Exchange Policy
This policy is applicable to all orders placed on casesily.com. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Commitment
We, casesily, believe in helping our customers as far as possible so we've designed our policies to be customer friendly and with better experience. The return & exchange window lasts for 7 days (starting from the date of delivery)
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges exclusively for the following reasons:
- The product received is defective (manufacturing defect).
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
Reporting Window
All issues must be reported to our support team within 7 days of product delivery. We cannot offer a replacement or exchange if 7 days have passed since your order was marked delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:
- Protective film should be intact and not peeled off.
- Unused and in the exact condition you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging and freebies.
- Proof Required: We require clear photo or video documentation to process claims for damage or wrong items.
2. For Exchange/Replacement
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different colour, model, or product within 7 days of delivery,The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original condition.
The exchange process, including pickup and delivery, will be initiated by us, and the customer will be informed before proceeding.
Somehow if same replacement products are not available then customer has the choice to choose other product or return the products back and get there refund in original mode of payment. In case of COD orders refund would be provided in form of store credits.
For exchange if the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process. If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product price, we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credits.
3. The Exchange Process
for an exchange (defective/damaged/wrong item):
- Contact Us: Email us at support@casesily.com or Whatsapp us at +91-7827489656 with your Order ID within 7 Days.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review the claim and provide a Return Authorization (RA).
- Inspection: Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement claim.
- Replacement: If approved, a new, identical product will be dispatched to you. We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Exchange/Replacement Charges
We process replacements to ensure you receive a working product.
- No Exchange/Replacement Fee: For any replacement or exchange (even for defective/damaged items), No exchange or handling fee will be applicable its free of cost.
5. Non-Replaceable Circumstances
A product will not be replaced or exchanged under the following circumstances:
- Physical damage that was not reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Any damage caused by the user (accidental damage, improper use, or installation).

- If the product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
5. For Order Cancellation
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We will really help you to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, we would be able to stop the package.
